     NCAA 1991 Midwest Semifinal - Connecticut 

   Connecticut's memory of Christian Laettner's buzzer beating jump 
shot only a year before was still on their mind.  They wanted 
revenge, but it was not to come in this game.  The second seed 
Blue Devils beat the 11th seed Connecticut.  The 3-point shooting 
attack of Koubek, Hurley, and Hill defied Jim Calhoun's (Connecticut 
outside shooting being a weakness.
